I'm assuming P/P heads means he has them ported and polished right?
If so then I think I know where is low end went and why is high end is "amazing"

Yeah the heads are mildly ported and polished. Im going to be doing e fans soon too. Theres a cam coming in the near future (210x), but im ging to wait till i have enough cash to throw that in and then swap out my 1.7rr for the 1.6, along with that the new intake from hughes. A twin turbo will prolly go in farrrr down the road when i can pull my engine and check the block.

But besides that...is there anything else im forgetting that i can do?

I can't see e-fans bringing back your low end torque and a 210x cam is not going to help
your low end power loss problem.

Im not saying there is a low end loss. Just not an equivilant to my top end. I just feel like i should be pulling harder on the lower end than what i am.
