Default how big of tires can I fit?
I have a 99' sport 1500 4x4 with 8 inches of lift, How big of tires can I fit without rubbing? 37's...38's??

Yep And get 4.56 gears if not 4.88.

I wouldnt' go bigger than 37s on 8". And at least 4.88 gears. But you're probably want to upgrade to 1-ton axels that will carry you up to about 44" tires. 37s are going to break your half ton axels.
