How do I tell if I have the "Sport" model?

I have a 1996 dodge 1500 and it has the chrome grill and bumpers but it else has fog lights in the bumper how do I tell if it a sport or not

Chrome grill and bumpers = non sport. Reading the first 10 or so comments on this post explains it well.
