I would just go out and get a new 3" lift kit for it.

Strange. Nothing about that truck looks to be the Off-Road addition (bumper, color, suspension...). I don't think you'll fit 35s with a leveling kit. You'll have to do some fender adjustment. And yes, you can tell when a body lift is on.

All 2nd gen dodges came with the blocks under the rear springs, even the off road eddition.

Although your truck does not look like an off road model, I supose it could be. You do not have the correct off road wheels, but it is possible somebody swapped them with normal stockers before you bought it. Also, visible things the off road package will have are tow hooks on the front, a big plastic skid plate under the gas tank, and extra webbing/trussing on the front axle on each side of the diff. Get pics of the front diff. and we can tell you if you have the off road package or not (unless someone swapped the axle too!).

As far as a leveling kit goes, you surely dont have coil spacers on the springs (which is a normal leveling kit). You may have longer coils, but they kinda look like stockers coated with some red spray paint to me.

Never mind about the front diff. pic, this one you already posted shows the webbing just fine. That small extra amount of steel at the lower side of the diff means your front axle is an off road model axle, meaning your truck most likely is an off road... which gains you 4.10 gears, limited slip rear, some extrea skid plates, tow hooks in the front, about 1.5-2" of lift over a normal ram, 17" wheels (which you no longer have), and the off road stickers.

About the wheels, the dealer said it came with 245/70/17. and i was like what the hell. i have 265/75/16. with BFG all-terrains. so they must have switched them. I do have dodge 16" wheels. So where the 17" went i have no idea
