Default Fog light help

I have a 1996 Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 without fog lights. I would like to put OEM or similiar fog lights in the OEM Fog light holes in the front bumper. I also would like to use the OEM fog light switch that is located on the front dash by the OD button to operate them. I have purchased the OD/Fog light switch combo and need to do the following things:

Purchase/install fog lights
Run wiring from fog lights to switch/fuse buse

Can this be done? If so can anyone give me some advice on how to proceed. Will the oil cooler/tranny cooler get in the way of the Drivers Side fog lamp?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ed

Use the search tool. Someone asks this literally every week.

+1 for what Viper and dodge15004x45.9 said. A forum search would have yielded the same results we are telling you now, however, I am in a good mood today , so...

Any 3"-4" round lights should fit nicely in the stock location.

If you do a search on eBay, I've seen the OEM dealer kits that are the same as stock fogs, complete with mounts, wires, switch, etc. etc. for $150-$200.

I purchased a 4" round kit off of eBay (not the OEM one) for my fog lights that I found one day for pretty decent price; metal housings, mounts, and actual glass lenses. However, I can't find that seller or the product anymore on eBay, so I'm assuming it was a limited quantity type deal.

It cost me 70 buck with shipping for the lights and about 15 bucks for all the wire 100 ft roll of 14 or 16 gauge and all the tabs and clips..... Mine are hell ff50 fog and driving light The only problem is I can get the one driving light to work. I have changed ground locations and the bulbs are fine any ideas? I also redid the conections where the two lights meet and got into one wire into the cab.

I used fog lights off of a 96 neon and ran my own wires. cost me about 30 bucks. The neon (dodge) lights look pretty decent and fit in the oem holes.
