To a point than It just hurts to much to take!

 

From what I can tell in the pics, it might be a decent buy, if and only if you can get them to knock the price down.
Considering it looks like its been used and abused, and put up wet a few times.
Things to consider
1. Transmission
2. Head cracking
3. Plenum Gasket prone to blowing out.

 

Wow trucks must be cheap in ya's area. They'd won't 3 grand for that truck here, with a bad trans.

 

Have good mechanic check it out. Dont rely on friends who "think" they might know something!
