Default More lift?

I have a 3" sky jacker suspension lift with 315/70s on my ram. I just recently put the new tires on and they scrub a little bit. I cant jack my truck up much more because its my daily driver or I would have it sittin on 44s. My problem is that the new tires are the exact size I want but they scrub a little when I turn sharp. I dont wanna go with a bigger suspension lift cause this 3in is brand new and I really hate body lifts especialy with brushguards and step bars and all like I have cause they just mess everything up and dont look good. I really only need and inch or so to fix the problem and I wouldnt mind riding a little higher anyway but what should I do. I was thinking coil spacers in the front and eather blocks or another add-a-leaf in the back. Any advice or opinions on this kind of lift? Any suggestions for a different way to get it a little higher?

Get out a BFH and a torch or saw.
You shouldn't need to do anything on the rear. You just need to fix the front. You didn't say anything about the wheel backspace or where it is rubbing. I'm assuming they are rubbing where mine did and you'll need to hammer down a seam on the rear of the wheel well. If a little manual adjustment isn't your thing, you might look at some spacers from Superlift. They have a 3/4" spacer for the front because the truck will sit lop sided. They are supposed to have a left and right coil but they make the spacer to get it level. Just get two and slap them in. It'll get you up some more without being a full 2" leveling kit. I do not know if 3/4" is enough to keep it from rubbing though.

Well I have really taken care of the body lately and Im tryin to keep it like that so i would rather not bend and cut but it must be rubbing where yours did cause I could bend that seem and cut away some of the plastic to fix that. I would rather spend a little money and not have to cut or bend though. I didnt know they made coil spacers like that 3/4" should be just right. The only reason I would do anything to the back is cause my truck sits a little closer to level then stock so a leveling kit would make it sit too high in the front but 3/4" would be just enough to have it almost completely level.

By the way what do you mean by lopsided will they make my truck lopsided from side to side or lopsided from left to back?

They will sit lop sided left to right. There is a left and right coil cause the (I think pass side) is heavier. They should have it on their website or you can call them and ask. They should still have them.
As long as my attachements stick, here's what I had to adjust.

Putting the correct spring on the correct side. I just got new springs for mine and they were the same spring. It's not that big a deal for me. Superlift made that spacer just for that reason though.
