Muffler needs replace... Flowmaster???

then again flowmaster would probably be fine if you got one of those outlaw mufflers, but they say that they aren't street legal. but then again neither is no muffler at all and you see how that stopped me from getting a nice note from my pipes.

i ran a cherry bomb glass pack for a while, i liked the sound but it was too high pitched at higher RPMs, and my exhaust system was falling apart, so i got the Thrush glasspack, longer than the cherry bomb, and a sweet low rumble at idle, and a nice low powerful tone thru the RPM range.

I love the sound of flowmasters. I had glass packs on my old toyota. It sounded ok for a 4 banger. I try to stick with flows now that I've got them on the stang and ram

So did you take out your muffler or cat?

im assuming the cat? thats about where the muff would be tho...

Obiejuankinobie this is my suggestion. It's about it's only about $20 worth of parts, and sound better than my old flowmaster 40 did too.

either way, straight pipes are freaking loud, ive driven mine on a straight pipe before, sounded sweet, but too loud when your driving all day at work
