Default Infinity Speaker system

Hi guys, i have a 2001 Dodge Ram with the infinity speaker system, and my left tweeter decided to take a crap....i was wondering if anyone knows if there is a place i can pick up a pair of the factory tweeters? I don't want to change anything the system sounds great as it is.

Where are you in Wisconsin? I'm in green bay and have an extra set laying in the garage I took out when I upgraded my system. If you're local, you can have them, stop in and get 'em.

I put in a set of component speakers up front. If you look at my stereo install thread, you'll see what I did.

If you are happy with the factory set up, stick with it though. I wouldn't put aftermarket tweeters on a factory Infinity system. I did it early in my install and noticed the factory amp/crossover set up sends a lot of frequencies to the tweeter it shouldn't. Noticeable distortion and it would have fried my new tweeters at some point to have left it like that. It doesn't hurt the factory tweeter because it's not that great of a speaker.

Let me check my garage when I get home to make sure I didn't pitch the tweeters. I know I threw out the door speakers but sure I left the tweeters on the back shelf. I'm in Beaver Dam for work so I can't check now.

I'll check tonight to be sure. Give me a shipping address and I'll send them to you. Not worth anything to me so I won't charge you. Shipping won't be but a couple bucks so I don't care about that either.

EDIT. I do have the tweeters, p.m. me an addy you want them shipped to and I'll send them to you.
