DAY! well driving! I got a weird noise I can't track down when I am driving. I only here it with the windows down, low speed and it bounces back from an object I pass (i.e. car, house and etc)

It is coming from the passenger side and sounds like a rock in the tire when it gets stuck....checked tires...nada. Happens on a full tire rotation and not when breaking.

Ideas? I am lost and would love some ideas!

probably a brake tick. jack up that side and spin the front and rear. any noise ?
