My Truck doesnt have an Overhead I drove it about 115 Miles on just a little over a half tank, got home, It's right on a Quarter. and I'm pretty sure these trucks have 24 Gallon Tanks.
I run the Stock gears, Stock Tranny, Not sure on the Tire Size, Theyre not Oversized tires or anything like that, They're normal Street Tires.
edit-It just got a Major Tune up 5,000 Miles ago as well.
Stock tires are usually 245/74-16s. And yep, its 26 gallon tank. But you can't judge it by the position of your gas gauge. Most Chrysler products, our trucks included, are made so that when the needle is on E, you still have four or more gallons left.
Take how many miles you drive divided by number of gallons you put into the tank at the pump, and that will give you your MPG.
