Transmission Whine
Yup....Most of the time. I wasnt really bitching, just stating that sentence was a bit hard to read. In hopes the OP might use a period or two in future posts to make it easier for others to read and understand. If I was really trying to be a jerk I would have nitpicked other things wrong like spelling.
I used to do the same thing (and still do sometimes) and people would sometimes comment on it. It really bothers some people, like the texting slang people sometimes use here instead of english. So I learned to make an effort to use punctuation.
It seems you on the other hand are just chiming in to bitch and aren't doing anyone any good here.

Does the whining stop or change when taking your foot off the gas? I had a pinion bearing fail in my rearend and it only whined on deceleration. I have tranny issues now and got an intermittent whine when shifting to 3rd... I may have to have mine rebuild and I'm pretty bummed about it.
well it gets loader with speed and then when it shifts it whines quieter and louder again if u no what i am getting been up for ****ing 72 hours just got off work and sorry for spelling and that **** failed school badly HA
Maybe a longshot...but could it be vacuum? See if you have a gasket on top of throttle body for air filter housing. This would explain why ith changes after shift - rpm goes down. I had the hose to driver side valve cover come off once, and it sounded like a whine that was had to pinpoint while driving and increased with engine rpm.
