The JET "chips" may work, not positive.
1994 Dodge Rams use OBD I, so its either a JET chip (not recommended, been known to cause issues with some vehicles), or a Mopar Performance PCM. OBD I doesn't allow much in the way of programming like OBD II does (1996+ or 1998+), so the Mopar Performance PCM (replaces your stock PCM) would be your best bet.
