Default Intake bolts

i was getting ready to change the plenum gskt on my 97 ram 318. When I look up the gskt 4 it, it always list the intake bolts with it, do the bolts have to be changed also?

Yes....you should replace the bolts. They are the stretch style bolts. If you were to re-use the old ones, they would not torque down properly and could cause a vacuum leak. Each time you re-use (and torque down) the stretch style bolts, they stretch less and less.
