Hey guys would the power steering gear box from a 2000 ram 1500 4w4 and 2x4 be the same box. Thanks

probably but the there's a drop pitman arm with the 4x4's that do not come with the 4x2.

ok but should be able to swap the pitman arms...correct?

I think you better check into it more. The ratios might be different. And anywhere you look online for a replacement there are different part #'s according to wheelbase.
