Default Many questions from new guy.

I have a 1999 Dodge ram 1500 single cab. First question: if I do a 5/7 drop on this truck can clear 24's on it? Next: I would like to start building the bottom end of the motor but I also know I should beef up the trans. and rear end some, any suggestions on that? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
