Default 99 ram won't idle after it gets hot

I have a 99 dodge RAM 1500 - This started awhile back and I have just been living with it and replacing a part at a time- Over the past year I have replaced every fuel injector sensor on the truck except the ECM
The truck runs great around town and such but after it gets on the highway for a while may 25 miles or so - then you pull over for something
it won't idle and justs dies - it cranks right back up and you can continue
on your way - but it's getting worse and I want my son to have this truck - anybody heard of anything like this -

No - What is the IAC valve - I'll surely check it and replace if it will solve the problem!!

It's the sensor on the back of the throttle body. Remove it and clean it and the bore in the back of the tb it installs into. When you clean the sensor itself, do not push pull or twist it. Just spray it off and let it dry and reinstall. If cleaning it helps but doesn't solve the problem, then you most likely need a new one. And don't buy a cheap one from Autozone for instance.

That was one of the first things I did at Dodge dealer a year or so ago - they charged me $350.00+ for that crap and it didn't help a bit - and I was 400 miles from home - made it home though - told me they would just have to replace parts until they solved the problem - I can do that and not pay $75.00-100.00 hr - any other suggestions??
