no t-stat allows it to cool to its maximum potential.

i think 4k is a little high. that seems likes its one gear too low.
Ok, cool. 4k in 2nd and cruises at about 2400 in third.

2400 at what RPM, i got bout 2250 at 55 with OD out
pulls the jeep like is a paper weight, compared to what else i pull

I'm running 65-70 pulling a 7k trailer with o/d out at about 2400 rpms until I hit a 15% grade then it shifts into 2nd and run about 4k rpms until i hit the top.

yea 2400 sounds bout right at that speed, seeing as you have the same 3.55 gears that i do and mine runs bout the same
with od on in at just over 1500 going 55 and up to 2000 goin 70
