none of that is going to match up. Best be would be to pull one out of a junker.

 

You can purchase the adapter harness from either Best Buy or any stereo shop that allows you to use the controls on the wheel. The setup is around twenty bucks or so. I got one for my fathers truck when I changed out his head unit from stock to an Alpine unit.

 

I checked the link but I'm not sure if it will fit in a 2001, but it has a lot of feedbacks.
