He could have an off road, I noticed he has off road rims. Easiest way to tell is to look for the extra "ears" on the front diff. Should have a gas tank skid plate too.

my ram does have the gas tank skid plate. but not sure bout the ears on the diff

Postie1686, is that cold hard math done with numbers (odometer and gallons at the pump)? How did you figure that mileage?

yes thats numbers from at the pump miles on the odometer dividedby the number of gallons put in. and yes my trip meter is set right as i reprogramed it using a gps to track my speed as my dad messed with the computer to change what ever it was he had to to get it to match. (dads a tech and used a chrysler scan tool to do it)

i think the big thing is i dont mash on the gas taking off of every stop sign and light. plus with all the stuff ive done to the truck it all adds and helps on the mpg

if thats his truck those rims didnt come with it. if it were the off road package it would have white shocks and a extra 2" spacer on the rear leafs that i dont see.

I don't I keep it under 2 grand and last time I did mine I was down to 10.8 all city.

Before I got my Flashpaq "fixed", I was getting 12 to 12.5, 95% in town.

Forgive me if I've already told you this postie1686, but that throttle body spacer isn't doing anything for you. Just an expensive paperweight you have on there.

Glad you can get such high MPGs, its a rarity on these trucks.
