ok, i bought some fancey *** looking headlights. halo,L.E.D. and projectors kinda of deal, they look nice. so heres why i made this thread. instructions say "installation should take aprroximatly 1 1/2 hours" a little long but understandable then it says "an assistant may be needed when removing the bumper" thats when i thought this might be more difficult then expected. and now, what do i do to get acess to my lights

Just remove the plastic trim piece, you'll be fine. Sounds like you have the exact same set I bought. If that is the case, and after you install them and the hi-beam light and main beams don't work right, reverse the Black and Blue wire and then see if that fixes it.

You can remove the pins from the big blue quick connect harness with a very small standard screwdriver from the front of the harness. There is a tiny clip that holds the pins in place and if you push it up with the screwdriver, the pins will then slide out the back of the harness and you won't have to cut and splice wires.

I had my headlight out the other day when I removed the fender to change it. You can get the upper two bolts out easily. The one that is kind of hidden behind the bumper can be removed with a 10 mm ratchet wrench. Once you get it loose you can wiggle the wrench free and turn the bolt out by hand.

Ditto.

Post some pics when you get them installed. If you like 'em and they work well, I'm getting a pair.

(salesperson voice) these babys are true plug and play)
(really fast voice at end of commercail) requires stock blinker bulb and halo and led wiring.

they leave the halo and led's so that you could either wire them to the park lights or to have them totally seprete, which is what i want but might just hook em up to the park lights

p.s. and ah, the halos and leds are not blue, i put the wires to my battery and they were white, i was bummed a little, i wanted them different then everything else
