Default Problems never stop.....

Ok here's the problem. truck starts strong, runs good, and drives ok..... at first. Drove it about 4 miles to store ran good. drove another 4-5 miles to another store ran good. Started for home and it started running like crap. No matter how hard or easy i press the gas it start "spitting and sputtering" i had to pull off the road . put it in park, tried again still problems. Turned it off, restarted and it drove home fine.

This is what i've done over that last few weeks since my problems have started.
Found out the alternator ground to the PCM wasn't any good. so the alternator wasn't charging the battery. So had it grounded to a different place, charges the battery good now.

Replaced distributor cap and rotor.

replaced oil pressure switch ( it a was casualty of the distributor job ).

thats where i'm at. Any thought or ideas would be greatly appreciated....

Are you getting any CEL codes?
Does the truck run good when its cold and starts acting stupid after it warms up?
I'm thinking a sensor somewhere.
