Default Now is the time to buy headers

These are listed as summit brand headers.. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

Notice that at the bottom of the page it shows substitute code PSM-70-1315...
which leads you to.... http://store.summitracing.com/partde...804&rsview=sku
pacesetter headers! and looking at the stats of them they are identical. Only difference is that the "summit brand" are 100 less.

just throwing it out there

How did you install them with EGR? There's no place on them to connect it to.

Yeah, but why would you buy headers that were not ceramic coated?

Why would the egr ones be that much harder? Is there a different adapter for them?

Many several years ago I bought a set of Edelbrock headers. The guy from Edelbrock swore they were the right ones for my truck. They were not egr headers and I tried to explain to him that they should look like the picture on the box. He then said it's just a picture and I had the right headers. I asked what I was supposed to do with the little tube from my engine and he just said I had the right headers. I sent them back and got a set of FlowTech headers. On one of the indents where the header bolt goes it was punched through. A hole was blown in it before they painted them. I sent them back and gave up on putting headers on.

I'm just curious now since I never did it.
