Default Trouble code

I have a 5.9L 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab with trouble codes P0123 and P1388.

The P0123 is Throttle Position Sensor Circuit High Voltage

Not sure about P1388. www.odbii.com does not show that code for the dodge but it shows to be Camshaft Position Timing Over Retarded (Bank 2)

Anyone know where this sensor is? You think it is bad? How do I test it?

Thanks

P1388 is an Auto Shutdown (ASD) Relay Control Circuit. I have no idea what it is though or how it could be fixed...
