That rear block is stock, which came on all 2nd gens from the factory. You may have a coil spacer or longer springs in the front still, but I'm with DodgeRam15004x45.9 and think it looks stock.

What kinda shocks did you get?

i got Gabriel max control shocks, yes i realize they arent the best shocks you can buy but i really don't have the money to buy the extremely nice ones but here is a picture of the old stock shock and the new one...should have replaced these earlier haha
