i did mine today...the drivers side seal is very easy....the carrier though is a bitch to get out. you need to remove the cad/shaft, and driver shaft, then theres 4 bolts torqued to 70ft/lbs. (i cracked mine with a 3/8 ratchet lol) then i put a pry bar in the bottom of the spider gears (not on the teeth), then another prybar on top of the big ring gear, and then PRY LIKE HELL...it will come out eventually.
Make sure you clean the axle tubes...punch out the old seal by a broom handle or something...then take you hub nut socket, put it over the seal (outer diameters match perfect..1 11/16) and bang it in...check out my "Overhaulin" thread for pics...
WATCH OUT THE CARRIER IS HEAVY....and the pass. axle seal is a bitch...after 3 seals and 5 hours, i finally got mine to seat properly.
