Default Water leak

i have a leak at the top corner of my back window when it rains and i'm not sure exactly where its coming from, but i believe it may be from the seam under the strip of rubber on the roof. i sealed up the window seal to the metal with black rtv about a year ago so i don't think its coming from there.

this is the black strip i'm talking about.

and this is where its leaking.

has anyone else had a leaky back window?

I've seen water get down behind the 3rd brake light into the panel, but I'm not sure that's your problem.

well i believe the water is coming in at the top corner but it could be coming in around the brake light and running across the headliner or the top of the tint (it ain't stuck to the edge of the glass) over to the corner. i didn't even think of the brake light though, looks like its coming off, getting cleaned, then rtv'd for a seal.

i don't want to replace the rear glass, i'm going to seal up the brake light and re do the rtv from the window seal to the body and probably put some on either side of the rubber seam cover on the top rear corner right above the back door and see if that does it. when my sister got hers it leaked too and carmax just did rtv between the window seal and the body and it stopped the leak but nothing is ever that simple for me.

I tryed that but just could not get it to stop. But my leak was bad like a gallon of water on the driver side floor. It would fill up the cab corner then run to the front

you can see a stream on the glass in heavy rain on mine and i didn't notice the water in the back corner till i took the back seat out the other day. when i was checking it with a water hose it got the headliner wet too before it hit the glass so i'm leaning toward 3rd brake. i also need to take the door sill cover off again and grind a little rust off and hit it with paint before it gets too deep.

My truck has a R title I sat sence 99 under a roof a someones house after they fixed it. It got pulled out and put up for sale. I got it two weeks later and the floor had a gallon of water on it. It was sitting on a little slope so the water could not run out
