Default Running weird (Problem has returned)

I have a '01 Ram 1500 5.2, Auto, 4x4

A few issues have started all at the same time:

1) sometimes it idles around 1500rpms (hot or cold doesn't matter), sometimes, every time you start it, or it may be fine for 2-3 days....

2) There's a lag from the time you press the throttle till it revs higher (only while in gear) delay is less than a second, but it is noticeable.

3) When you let off the throttle, it revs UP a little before going down.

4) The 1-2 shift has a dead spot in it. (i.e. when it shifts to 2nd it feels like it stops accelerating for a second, then takes off)

It's got a new IAC (3-4000 miles ago).

Any suggestions?

Throttle Positioning Sensor(TPS) sounds like it might be going bad.

+1. about $40-50 at any auto parts store. drivers side of throttle body, 2 torx screws and an elec connector.

If you had a scanner it really easy to check you just have to make sure that as you press the pedal down the TPS position increases with your foot and dosn't jump anywhere. If you don't have a scanner you can use an volt meter. You connect the volt meter to it and then twist the throtle on the side of the TB. Your looking for the voltage to increase smoothly as you twist the throttle.

The above issues have returned. About 2 weeks after I replaced the TPS. I only drive 50-60 miles per week.

I have sprayed TB cleaner all around trying to find a vacuum leak, but no luck.

I have taken the TB off the motor and cleaned it, with the IAC removed.

New IAC

New TPS

Now giving a code: 1294

Looked that up and here's what I found

1294 INJ High side open bank #2 (left) Inj power supply circuit open (operates on 4 cylinders Open circuit, faulty

I'm not sure what that means. To me an open circuit means that the circuit is OFF/Has a break in it somewhere...... which would mean that 4 cylinders wouldnt get any fuel?
