Also I recommend whatever amp you go with make sure it comes with a remote Bass EQ ****,this way if one song has way more bass than the last one you listened to you can back it down to where it sounds good,or vice-versa. I know Rockford Fosgate and Pioneer both offer remotes,I'm not sure who else might. I will never buy anything else but a Rockford with a remote punch bass EQ ****,it's that great of a feature and that great of an amp!

As for buying off eBay I've considered that. I really honestly want a box that goes under there that holds 1 10" sub. I already have a single Kicker 10" sub I'm not using. However, the only one I've found on eBay is forward facing. I can't find a under the seat downward or upward firing box for the 2nd gens. I only see them for the 3rd gens.
They are hard to find. Looked for a JL audio box for my truck when I was doing my stereo, but figured it was way cheaper to build one. When I did see them, they were more then I wanted to pay.

Does anyone have a picture of these under the rear seat boxes like the Bass Slammer? Can you tell from a quick glance that it's a sub box under the rear seat?
