Default Another Tire Question

So I have been looking around the forum for a while, looking to get some information on new tires. I am stuck on two tire sizes 265 or 285? I have read that I can fit 265s with no problem, but I was wondering how much if any would the 285s rub? I am looking at an all terrain tire, I don't do much off roading. I spend most of my time driving in the city and am concerned about tire rub. Who out there is running 285s and how much do they rub? My truck is a 99 2500 4x4, with the 5.9L magnum. Here are some pics with the small stock tires (245s).

Also, I plan on getting a tuner to reset the speedo. What is the best choice? I am leaning toward the hypertech power programmer III. Any suggestions?

Get 285's they will fit! A superchip will do the same.

Superchips will adjust tire size. I adjusted mine... it came with 265s from the factory, but for some reason, the speedo was set to 245 size.
