Need help 98 1500 hub and rotor assembly

i have a 1998 dodge 1500 that im trying to put new wheels but the hub is getting in the way but everything else matches up. need help!!!!! is there a such thing as a conversion or can i replace the hub and rotor assembly for a 2002 and up year model. im not tryin to go with the spacers route.
