Default Slipping Gears...Help!

I've had my truck awhile, and she hasnt given me much trouble. But a few months ago she started (i guess) slipping gears....

When i'm cruising around 50mph her rpm randomly jumps up.. and she seems to be sturggling to maintain speed...also having issues shifting gears when i'm acelarating. But she doesnt do it everytime i drive...just sometimes... :/

I've been told to rebuild the tranny and then told it's the torque converter. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Could be Torque Converter, but it might also be the Throttle Position Sensor. I'd try swapping the first.
