cleaning injectors and lines

Default cleaning injectors and lines

what is the best way to clean the fuel lines and the fuel injectors and is it hard?

By replacing them with new ones! Seriously though, it's not hard. Just pull the fuel rails and soak them in some carb cleaner. As far as the injectors go, there are some people on here that have purchased a ***elery cleaner machine from Walmart and put carb cleaner in it (I think). Maybe one of them will chime in and give some more info.

how long should i soak them and would i need to soak the fuel line from the gas tank to the fuel rails too or no? and in the (as u say) ***elery cleaner machine do i use carb cleaner there too or what?

My dad has an old Snap-on fuel injector cleaner. It hooks up to the fuel line and uses compressed air to force some special injector cleaner concentrate/gasoline mix in at the appropriate PSI and you actually run the vehicle off of it until you use all the fluid.
