i just picked up this 01' ram it has the 5.2L in it, i traded my 06 yamaha banshee for it i think i got a decent deal for it, the tranny is bad but other than that everything else is in good condition, it has a 7'' skyjacker long arm lift with 2'' coil spacers up front and 37/12.5/17 tires. has a little rust on it but isnt real bad and it has about 140k on the odometer

Looks like a decent truck. I do hope that you don't have stock gearing with that lift and tires though....
