Default Blower motor or switch?

My blower only works on High.Think it might be a bad switch?I checked the 2 wires going to the blower when on low both wires have power when I put it on high one of the wires loses power..

According to the Haynes manual the blower motor resistor is shot. It sets next to the blower motor. NAPA has them for $65.
