Be glad you don't live up here in SD.

13 or more over the speed limit and its something along the lines of attempted vehicular manslaughter. Felony and major jail time.

Holy Moley Batman!!!!! You guys got it good and bad. I always drive 15 miles over the speed limit at least. I can't stand driving 35, I could probably walk faster than that. As for the tint, California has a really high limit compared to Texas. We are at 70% and no medical exemptions, you guys are at 25% and you have medical exemptions. I couldn't live in Texas or SD. As it is, I stay away from cops, I have a bad attitude. The times I have been pulled over I have never been given a warning or any leeway, because I have a problem with lame authority figures.

As far as speeding, anything over 30 in Missouri is considered automatic Involuntary Man Slaughter. Doesn't matter if you hurt someone or not.

My Truck is 18% All Around. Intrepid is 5% Rear Window/Rear Doors, 20% Front doors and Entire Windsheild is 50 (soon to be 40). I have never been asked about my tint in my own car. I have been stopped in my roommates car once for it (He has 20% and 50% Windsheild). I just told the cop that I was running Repos and I dont like to be seen because a white kid in the middle of the ghetto is alittle noticeable, I handed him a few repo orders and he just told me to "Be safe out here" Then I told him I had my Sub Compact Glock 40 to help me out with that (I have a conceal to carry) we talked alittle bit more and he left without even giving me a warning.

I always keep repo paperwork with me just incase I do get stopped. And here in Missouri the state troopers make you remove the tint on the side of the road or they will impound the car, they have a zero tolerance. They are nice enough to supply the window scrapper though

Is that a new law?
I got pulled over going 87 in a 65 and all I got was like $150 ticket, but that was a few years back so things could be different now.
