head over to an eye doc real quik and tell him the suns hurtin your eyes.......were you pulled over for the tint or sumthin else? some states the tint can only be a secondary offense meaning you have to do something else wrong 1st
Just drive with the windows rolled down lol. My uncle passed inspection with limo tint that way.
Legal is 25%, but 25% tint usually registers on the scanner as 15% due to the factory "tint" that is placed on the glass, which is why I stuck with the 35%.
Oh and don't forget court fees on top of the ticket. When I got my speeding ticket, I got some sort of probationary period (forgot the term used), so they waived the ticket, but I still had to pay the $100 court fee.

Keep in mind that "clear" glass is close to 90%... so 25% would actually register around 20%...
A tint prescription is a good idea going on, but wont get you out of this ticket...

I think it was called deferred adjudication. I can't get another traffic ticket for a 6 month period, otherwise the original ticket is put on my record and I have to pay the cost of both tickets.
And for my speeding ticket, it was like a $220 ticket or something, so I was glad to only have to pay court fees. (49 in a 30 lol)

Eric is right, it will help later down the road, but it wont help you right now unless you can get the doc to back date the script to before you got that ticket.
