Default Opinion on good tires?

So i have a 3 inch body lift that should be coming it soon. Tomorrow or Monday atop my 5 inch rough country lift

So my question to you guys is What is a good offroad type tire?

I want a good mud tire but that can run good on road. Mickey Thompsons would be best(can get them cheaper)

I have been told by others on here that 40s would fit no problem without bumper trimming, do you agree or disagree

Well, the Danas from a 2500 will usually be 4.10s already. But yeah, for that big of tires, higher than 4.10s would be better.

The diesels were a little bit different. They didn't need help with take off and towing capacity.

Super swamper SSRS

Probably wanna go 5.38 for 40s. Maybe even lower if you plan on going 44s later on. 44s are about the limit of 1-ton axels.

Very true they had the motor and tranny to back them up.

Mickey Thompson MTZ ...I have a 1500 with 5" suspension and 3" body lift and 4:56 gears . the Mickeys are quiet on the road and offer great traction off road....I would recommend them to anybody
