WTF is that supposed to mean? I've been wheelin' Dodge trucks since 1979 and driving Chrysler/Jeep products almost all my driving life. I have nothing but personal opinions to go by in the advice I give in here. Not everyone races their trucks or needs a Kore suspension for the kind of wheeling they do. I sure don't. Why anyone would get their sphincter out of joint over someone elses choices is beyond me. All you can do is offer a recommendation or advice. The end result is up to the user.

I was talking about opinions based on moderating, not automotive advice.

Speaking of sphincter..

Subframe lifts, blocks, leaves, and spacers are all waste of money and sometimes dangerous solutions to lifting a vehicle.

As for spending the money, the people buying those suspension kits also work for a living. Their jobs are for companies like McMillin, Terrible Herbst, Camburg, and Riviera. You silly lift kit kiddies buy your stuff to look like a race truck, out here we build race trucks.

I believe the correct acronym for doing that is, RICE. Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement.

Enjoy your Rice trucks.
You know why some people think KORE is overrated? Because it costs $5000 for their suspension systems. Most every owner on this forum could be called a hard-working blue collor Americans. We dont live in California where a ****ing 2 bedroom house costs $700,000. We live out on the east coast and the midwest where mudding is very popular. We dont buy our stuff to look like race trucks, because if I was gonna look like a race truck, I'm gonna build it myself dumbass! You think that if I was gonna build a race truck that I'm gonna use off-the-shelf parts? Hell no!

Now, I dont mean to bash KORE, they are a great company and build awesome stuff. And I also do think that block and spacer lifts are dangerous and stupid. There are other cheap ways to lift our trucks.

Pretty ignorant statement even for an under-age kid. I live in CA and my 3bdrm house in Van Nuys is nowhere near $700,000. I don't wipe my butt with $100 bills, either.

That generally depends on the house... You're 15, this is the internet. I hope you have a great flamesuit.

hehe still to expensive. My g-ma watches that buying a house show where they compare houses and choose one and all them Cally houses are like $400,000 for what looks like a $75000 house here in Arkansas.

My $2000 RCD Lift gets me through the mud hole just as easy as a Kore lift would oh snap.

And I know the thread starter is no longer with us (guessed he wised up and sold his dodge ha jk), but I always was told to work with what you have. If you got a 2wd drive then bag that animal . If you have a 4x4 then raise it to the sky. I've seen some good looking lifted 2wds though but none of them were crazy huge. I got a vid on my computer somewhere when I had to pull this guy out where his back tires are slinging mud still in the mud hole and his front tires are setting on pavement. All in all though if you want to lift a 2wd I don't see anything wrong with it.

Oh yeah and now that I remember I think this kid had a v6. A lifted stock v6 can't have very much muscle to pull around a big lifted truck

damn right, you think i can even afford a Kore setup, hell no, i'm a Midwestern corn farmer, putting himself through college, i'll stick with my AAL and 2 inch spacer thank you very much!

and i've only had one place my truck wouldn't make it though (and that was due to crappy tires)
