Take the TB off and clean it , and the IAC that's on the back, and get a Haynes manual and check the TPS.

You cleaned what? the TB? did you remove the sensors? Do you have a Hanyes to check the TPS voltage ? Kind of a vague answer.

That is not cleaning the TB, remove it from the intake ,and all the sensors from it. Then clean it. Then clean the IAC. Reinstall everything and like I said check the TPS voltage using a meter and a Haynes manual to guide you with that procedure.

And while you have the TB off, look down the intake with a flashlite and small mirror and see if you have any oil pooling in there.

Spraying cleaner into the intake while the engine runs doesn't do a particularly good job of cleaning the TB. The parts that get really gunked up won't even get touched by the cleaner. To do it right you really have to remove it from the manifold and clean it thoroughly, including the IAC inlet where carbon/oil residue accumulates.

Use carb cleaner for cleaning and use a voltmeter to check the voltage along with the manual. Trust me , it will help you a lot. And I don't mean for just testing the TPS.
