what way to go????
Hey people whats up? well i am very new to the p/u truck world and i really want to work on my ride, but im a little confused as to what direction to go. From what i have been seeing most of you have 4x4's, and go with the lift kit, big tires, brush gaurds, ect, ect. Well i have a 2 WD 1500, and i think lifting a 2 WD truck is kind of pointless, but the body style of the truck is kinda beefy so i dont know how it would look lowered or on airbags, what would you guys do??? drop it on big rims or still put a lift kit on it????

I think a lowered truck is even dumber than a lifted 2X. What's the point? To make it so you scrape on any speed bump or driveway and can never put anything in the bed? What's the point of owning a truck, then? I'd suggest just leveling it and then making it look nice with accessories. Maybe leiving so close to Tijuana and seeing all these fools rollin' and rubbin' their beaner wagons has jaded me.

Reasons for lowering:
Lower center of gravity
Better Gas Mileage
Less Areodynamic drag
Better handling (If done right)
Eaiser to wax roof
