Default Transmission plan of attack - opinions please

so i've been having the standard POS dodge transmission issues such as slipping and no 4th gear, i replaced the fluid and filter and put in some lucas no slip additive and it worked but not sure for how much longer. Anyways here is my next plan of attack for the trans:

1 - trans check valve delete
2 - reset PCM
3 - replace governor pressure sensor + solenoid
4 - replace TPS

When i pulled my pan the tranny fluid looked and smelled good and there were no big metal shavings. Hopefully this stuff will work.

I've heard that lucas is terrible to put into your trans! That stuff basically just thickens up your fluid. The reason it helps your trans to no longer slip is cuz the fluid is that much thicker!

If you have not bought the solenoid and sensor yet I have new one that never got installed. my sister wrecked the truck. so they are sittung here in the package. I would sell them at a fair price if you pay the shipping. I also have the dash bezel for it. no cracks and vents all work.

If its slipping then there is nothing you can do to reverse what has been done. If you plan on rebuiding the transmission you have than i would do it soon. That lucas you added will start to break down rapidly and gunk up everything with this nasty brown crap.

I just finished a honda where they put in that lucas crap and drove it for a while. I cursed them the whole day.
