Default Can remove Ignition Coil to get to Belt Tensioner bolt, Suggestions?

On my truck there are 2 screws holding the ignition coil to it's bracket. As you know I need to remove that in order to get to the bolt holding the belt tensioner. The problem is that the 2 screws mounting the ignition coil are rusted as crap and even after penetrating lube, they won't budge.

I read somewhere online that you are NOT supposed to dismount the ignition coil bracket that's bolted to the engine. Is this correct?

At this point, I have no idea what to do. I'm pretty sure the tensioner needs to be replaced because it "sticks". If I move it with my wrench clockwise, it will stick...I'm guessing it's not supposed to do that. I had to tap it to get it to return to the regular place.

I had sort of the same problem, but I only had one bolt that wouldn't come out. I was able to turn the coil itself on the one bolt enough to get to the tensioner bolt. Don't know what to tell you if neither bolt moves.

Went to Autozone this morning and got a new Tensioner, along with a new Gatorback belt. Installation went smooth and only took a few minutes. (I did pivoting by loosening the bolts and didn't mess with the screws this time).

The Gatorback is definitely worth the money, as opposed to their cheaper belt. Truck sounds much smoother and more quite.

Thanks for all who helped!
