Default how much?

hey guys, i am thinking about possibly selling my truck. ho much do ya'll think i could get for it in todays market. most of the info is in my sig, but other than that its got just over 120,000 miles on it, almost brand new tires, and cosmetically perfect. only down side is ive been having a cylinder 7 misfire that i would not be fixing before sale. this problem is a huge reason why im selling it. what do ya think?

It really depends. The used truck market is the worst market right now. Look in auto trader or your local paper to see what others are selling for. I like to call the ads and ask them how long it's been listed. That will tell you a lot about what price your going to get if any.

So, basically, you're going to try to pawn your engine problem off on someone else. Nice.

Isn't that what everybody does? That's why I save up my money and only buy NEW cars. When you buy a used car it's a well known fact you are buying someone elses headaches. I prefer to pay a little more, have a new car, with a warranty, and hold onto it longer.

Not me. I take exceptional care of my vehicles, so when I sell them they are in great shape. If they have an issue I either fix it or I tell the prosepctive buyer and I price it accordingly. When I sold my CJ the LSD was going out, but I didn't have the money to fix it. I told the buyer he should probably tow it home and I even gave him the parts to fix it. He was so appreciative of my honesty he didn't even try to knock me down on the price.

well i would be telling the person who bought it from me. i couldnt do that to someone else. i looked up stuff on kbb and it says that i could get between 4500 and 5500 if it were in great running condition and the market was good. but that also doesnt include all the stuff ive put into it.
