Are you serious? Nobody wants to talk about Fords in a Dodge forum. Get a grip, man.

Yea, it's a FORD! Dude, go to a Ford forum and ask there. Not too many folks here would know about Fords here.

Yeah what every one else said. But you might look at the maf. I know by turning it can cause it to go lean or rich depending on what way you turn it. just my .02,

pour about 2 gallons of fuel in the cab, about 5 gallons on the body, light a roman candle about 100 feet away, take aim and watch the light show. after it calms down a little bit break out the marshmellows, then call the owner and tell them that there was an incident and advise him to buy a Dodge.

Low fuel pressure can cause a lean condition. Plugged fuel injectors possibly but I doubt all, bad MAF will probably cause issues similar to a bad MAP sensor. You've already ruled out O2's.

Kind of curios, as to how you know it's running lean?
