Default Putting together a 7.5" lift and got some questions

I am new to this site but looks like you guys know what your talking about so i figure this is a good place to ask my question. I am currently deployed to Iraq and while here i ordered a Fabtech 5.5" Lift and adjustable Trac Bar for my 97 1500. Now i am thinking about ordering 2" coil spacers from top gun customs for the front and Skyjacker 6" leafsprings for the rear and use the add-a-leafs from the kit to bring the back end up somewhat level(if need be) and so it has a better ride then it would with blocks. I know skyjacker sells a 7" kit that comes with an indexing ring but i cant find it anywhere but with the complete kit. So my question is does any one know where i would be able to get his ring or another way i help the front driveshaft angle? The fabtech kit requires that the H joint be ground but i dont want to have to grind it to nothing to work with 7.5". Also what might be some other problems i'll encounter with this set up, and what other parts may i need to make it work (brake line extensions, ext.)? I would like to have everything worked out and the parts waiting for me when i get home so i can put it together on leave. Any help is appreciated.
