Default tire size with 3' lift ?

I just Installed skyjacker coil springs for 3' of lift and was wondering if anybody might know what the biggest tire I can run now. I would like to go with 315/75-16 on my stock rims, but I'm not sure if they would rub or not. anybody have any ideas ?

96 ram 1500 5.9 4X4 club cab
headers, dual cat back exhaust
intake, 3" lift

Default RE: tire size with 3' lift ?

I have 3" Skyjacker lift on my truck wiht the offroad package and run 305/70R16 and think that is about as big as your going to get with a 3" lift. Mine don't seem to rub but at almost full turn they get fairly close close enough that I think 35"s would rub fairly hard. I don't have the stock rims though so you may be albe to fit them on your stock rims but I doubt it still but you may be able too. Personally I would get 33"s and get new rims. I personally think the stock wheels look horrible with a lift as even though you can get the same size tire on them they don't stick out as far and to me make the tire look not as wide and just look bad but thats just my opinion.
