Truck got no power wtf
i got a 1997 dodge ram 1500 with the 360 its stock other than a flowmaster as far as performace. is there anything i can do thats not to expenice. or replace a secner to improve performance
What kind of mileage?
Nothing cheap will make a night and day difference, unfortunately. If you want real performance, you'll have to pay for it. Try doing a search for performance stuff, this has been discussed before. You'll find a lot of good ideas. Also check out the DIY section above for some of the "top" ideas and how-tos to do them.

What do you consider expensive?
-1.7 Harland Sharp rockers are a great mod on these trucks, noticable difference - $300 or so.
-Fastman TB gives impovements in throttle response - Runs around $300 or so.
-B&G flash or an SCT tuner will really wake it up, escpecially if you have other performance modifications - $300- $600 depending on what you get.
