BREAKTHROUGH. The vacuum line on the door I believe is the blend door was to tight, i backed it off just a hair and now the door opens. I also found the switch on top of the receiver drier is bad. Question? are the low pressure and the high pressure switches the same switch, I know there are two switches, but is the switch itself the same? Because I can only find the high pressure switch at the auto parts place.......

I don't know for sure if the two switches are the same but I doubt it. If you can't find the low side switch at any auto parts, try an A/C parts distributor. BTW on your first post you stated that at 94* at 750 RPM you had 44 low and 265 high, my chart says you should be at MAX 43 low, 270 high.

No they are different switches. LP switch opens when pressure is too low. HP switch opens when pressure is too high.

Is it possible that you could make that chart info available?

That would REALLY be helpful . . .
