Switched my wife's Jeep inline six from Mobil 1 to Quacker State this last oil change. (I misspelled it on purpose to show you what I think of it.) To make a long story short, tried to change a friend's oil (she wanted cheap synthetic), and turns out an air wrench was used on her drain plug, so I couldn't get it off. Bought the oil off of her since, at the time, she was in a tight squeeze for cash. Figured I'd use it on the wife's vehicle, see what happens.

A ton more engine noise, engine sounds overall like its working harder (although that may just be "sounds"). Back to Mobil 1 in about 500 more miles (has about 4000-4500 miles on it now).

Yup I love that too and I use that. I use Castrol 10w-30 Full Synthetic. Now there is the new "EDGE" from castrol, if you go to there website they make it sound great.
I think the truck starts easier and doesnt get as hot, plus a little better MPG with it. I like Castrol..
